Now in its third consecutive year, the bbf: awards have officially transitioned from a corporate highlight to a cornerstone institution within the Cyprus real estate industry. The island’s real estate sector gathered recently in Limassol for the bbf: awards 2026, powered by Future Media, an evening that celebrated the people and partnerships driving the industry forward.

Bringing together leading agents and business partners from across the market, the Casino Royale-themed event recognised the standout performances and collaborations that shaped bbf:’s record-breaking 2025. Guests were welcomed with live blackjack and roulette tables before the ceremony unveiled the winners of 13 industry awards.

Beyond the celebrations, the night also marked a major moment for the company and the wider property market, as bbf: presented KEAN, its most anticipated upcoming development, offering attendees an exclusive first look at the project expected to define the company’s next chapter.
The Aces Of 2025
George Dokuchaev, Sales Director at bbf:, opened the evening with a summary of the company’s record-breaking 2025 performance and walked the room through the current portfolio. In his own words, 2025 had been exceptional, and the people standing around him that night were the reason for its incredible success.

The awards that followed were a reflection of what exceptional actually looks like in the real estate market:
- Victoria Polevaya of Vicque Property Boutique took the Reels and Deals award for the most effective social media presence of the year.
- Diana Christidou of Property One earned the High Roller for an approach most agents never attempt: selling penthouses exclusively.
- Taras Lebedinskis of CYPTERA won the Breakthrough Award, the All-in recognition for the standout newcomer of the cycle.
- Anfisa Chernaya of Aston Homes received the Best Dealer, a client-choice award based on service ratings.
- Daniil Avdeev of B.O.Consult took the Alpha Sale for top performance in commercial properties.
- Diana Shyshko of DOM Real Estate won Full House, the top performer in rentals.
- Anastasia Yianni of Cyprus Sotheby’s International Realty received All Queens, the premium-tier trophy for highest value sales.
- Dmitry Bozhkov of Tranio took Bluff Masters for the most consistent volume and collaboration across the year.
- Georgia Roussou of DOM Real Estate earned the Top Reg, bbf:’s ambassador award for the long-term partner who most embodies the brand’s values.
- Nana Vasiliadou of Cyppro Realty won Seafront Shark for the single most impressive and complex transaction of the year.
- Olga McKibben of Cyprus Sotheby’s International Realty received Royal Fit-Out, recognizing her exceptional success in integrating bbf: design services into landmark residential transactions.
- Andrey Iavita of Iavita Invest took Content King for outstanding contribution to promoting Cyprus through video content.
- The Royal Flush (the overall top-performing seller of the year) went to Victoria Drobachavsky of Blue Ocean, presented by George Dokuchaev himself.
Last, a special Loyalty is Royalty mention was also awarded to three partners recognised for long-standing commitment to the brand: Yulia Bodrug of Antaria, Kirill Svetonosov, and Iryna Miroshnychenko of SPM.

The Evening Continues
The awards were only part of the evening’s agenda.
Arina Rada, Partner Relations Manager, announced the bbf: Sales Marathon, a new incentive programme running from June through August 2026, designed to push the summer season into territory the market has not seen before.

Aleksandr Molchanov, Head of Sales at KEAN, took the stage to present KEAN, bbf:’s landmark project set to redefine the premium development space in Cyprus. Indeed, the room had been waiting for this one, and the excitement was audible.

Maria Pokrovskaya, CRE Director, closed the presentations with bbf:’s commercial roadmap for 2026, outlining upcoming landmarks and high-performance business spaces that point to where the company is moving forward for the year ahead.

Once the ceremony concluded, Alexey Kortnev performed an acoustic set before Minus One took the stage. The after-party ran well past the formal programme.
