Public offer for the provision of services to attend the event

1. CONDITIONAL AGREEMENTS

1.1 Conditional Agreements are definitions present in this Agreement and form an integral part thereof.
1.2 Definitions shall be interpreted based on their essence and the content of this Agreement. The following is a list of these definitions:
1.3 Ticket – a Agreement between the Event Organizer and the Customer, certifying the right of the latter to attend the Event.
1.4 The event – holding seminars, informational lectures within the framework of the project “Forbes Cyprus 20 Women in Tech Awards” (hereinafter referred to as the Services).
1.5. Customer: a legal entity or an individual who has contacted https://thefuturemedia.eu/ with the intention to attend the Event.
1.6 The organizer of the event is Aiviatam Ventures LLC, HE 419969.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1 Relations in the field of consumer protection are regulated by the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Cyprus.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1 The text of this Agreement is a public offer.
3.2 This Agreement-offer is posted on the official website of the Organizer womenintech.cy and is an official document.
3.3 Acceptance (acceptance) of the offer – payment of tickets by prepayment in the order determined by this Agreement. The Customer’s acceptance of this Agreement means that he/she fully agrees with all provisions of this Agreement.
3.4 To accept the offer, the Customer shall purchase tickets for participation in the Event via the website womenintech.cy.
3.5 The Organizer sends the ticket to the Customer’s email address after payment.

4. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT

4.1 In accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Organizer undertakes to provide the Customer with Services for attending the Event specified in clause 1.4. of this Agreement.

5. COST OF SERVICES AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

5.1 Ticket prices are published on the Organizer’s website.
5.2 Payment for tickets under this Agreement shall be made on the basis of one hundred percent prepayment and in accordance with the procedure established by this Agreement.
5.3 After payment for tickets to the Event, the Customer shall attend the Event on the selected date and time at the address specified by the Organizer, providing the ticket received by email.

6. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

6.1 The liability measures of the parties not provided for in this Agreement shall be applied in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Cyprus.
6.2 For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement, the Organizer and the Customer shall be liable in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the current legislation of the Republic of Cyprus.

7. FORCE MAJOR.

7.1 In case of force majeure circumstances that exclude or objectively prevent the fulfillment of this Agreement, the Parties shall have no mutual claims, and each of the Parties shall assume its own risk of the consequences of these circumstances.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1 Disputes and disagreements arising in the course of execution of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties to this Agreement.
8.2 In the event that the disputes and disagreements are referred to in clause 8.1. cannot be resolved in this way, they shall be settled in court in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Cyprus.

9. AGREEMENT VALIDITY PERIOD

9.1 This Agreement shall be concluded for the period of provision of the Services paid by the Customer.
