Ten Startups Completing The First Cohort
The first Plug and Play Cyprus cohort includes ten companies developing technologies across real estate, energy, hospitality, recruitment, digital payments, marketing, parenting and environmental monitoring.
The participating startups are:
- EleniAI: An autonomous conversational agent built natively for the real estate sector. The platform utilizes proprietary domain-specific LLMs to revive, screen, and nurture dormant property leads, helping real estate agencies capture missed revenue while lowering overhead costs.
- qubehub.ai: An AI-driven B2B sales copilot, multi-channel CRM, and white-label agent portal. The system helps property developers and large-scale builders orchestrate sales workflows, automate agent payouts, and manage international buyers across multiple regions.
- Neura Energy: A zero-CAPEX energy demand management SaaS platform tailored for commercial buildings and hotel properties. By analyzing ambient thermal mass and weather data, it dynamically shapes cooling loads to reduce commercial electricity costs by up to 19%.
- Fewton: An AI-powered energy intelligence platform that helps hotels, resorts and restaurants cut hidden energy waste and reduce energy and operational costs, without CapEx, site visits or disruption. It connects remotely through smart meter and building management data, turning real-time insights into simple, ready-to-implement recommendations.
- Blend: A mobile-first workforce scheduling and internal team management platform designed for frontline workers in the restaurant, hospitality, and retail spaces. It replaces fragmented messaging loops with a structured shift-swapping tool and shift-level data capture.
- Cleedee: An AI-powered recruitment platform built specifically for hospitality, helping hotels, restaurants and hospitality SMEs hire faster and more fairly. It covers the whole hiring journey, from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, matching, interviews and offers. Sector-specific workflows, hospitality skills data and explainable AI improve candidate-job fit and cut time-to-hire.
- Digital Fox: An embedded, guest-led checkout and payment platform that moves in-person payments off the card machine and onto the guest’s phone. Diners scan a QR code, split the bill and pay, while the checkout brings payment, restaurant POS order data and guest identity together in one place, like an e-commerce checkout for the physical world.
- Modelroom: A generative AI media operating system optimized for performance marketing teams and mobile game publishers. The engine creates and tests narrative video ads at scale, reallocating budgets based on predictive return on investment (ROI) models.
- Sprouty: An AI-powered parenting assistant and child development app for families with children up to age two. It uses each family’s own data to give personalized child development insights, clear behavioral context and actionable milestones.
- EMBIO Diagnostics: A commercial-stage environmental monitoring platform that blends custom IoT hardware sensors with clear cloud analytics. The network gives enterprise managers real-time visibility into indoor air quality, building safety, and resource efficiency across properties.
The Expo will give attendees an opportunity to learn about the companies’ products and the business challenges they are addressing, while introducing the startups to potential investors and corporate partners.

About Plug And Play Cyprus
Plug and Play is an international innovation platform working with startups, corporations, investors and public institutions.
The Cyprus tech and innovation ecosystem has grown rapidly in recent years, and Plug and Play sees strong potential for the island to establish itself as a recognised name in EMEA and beyond. Funded by the Republic of Cyprus, the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy and the Research & Innovation Foundation (RIF), Plug and Play launched its open innovation platform in Cyprus in 2026, together with corporate partners ASBIS, Tototheo Global, Mastercard, and ECOMMBX.
Plug and Play Cyprus does more than connect startups with the ecosystem. It works closely with them to grow their businesses, tackle their challenges and sharpen their strategy. As in other Plug and Play locations worldwide, its work rests on three pillars:
- Acceleration programmes: run together with the government to support local startups and strengthen the wider ecosystem. Startups benefit from mentoring, access to events, introductions to Plug and Play’s global venture capital network and visibility with corporate partners.
- Corporate innovation: helping corporations tackle their own internal challenges by working with startups, running innovation workshops or setting up in-house venture capital units.
- Venture capital and investments: investing in local and international startups with strong potential.
This approach helps local tech companies grow faster, while making it easier for international companies to enter the Eastern Mediterranean.
