The Women in Business and Beyond Conference 2026 will take place on 9–10 October 2026 at The Warehouse by IT Quarter in Limassol, bringing together entrepreneurs, business leaders, professionals and innovators for a two-day programme focused on business, growth, innovation, technology and leadership.
Now in its third edition, the conference is described by organisers as Cyprus’ largest women empowerment conference. This year’s event will feature more than 1,000 attendees, four stages, more than 50 speakers and more than 80 women-led exhibitors, alongside keynotes, panel discussions, workshops, networking sessions, entertainment and an exhibitor marketplace.

What to expect
Across the two days, the conference will combine Business & Growth and Tech & Innovation sessions with hands-on workshops and entertainment. The conference will also include networking opportunities, investor connections and a women-led business exhibition showcasing local brands, products and services
Sessions are expected to cover topics including workplace culture and emotional intelligence, networking, fundraising for female entrepreneurs, women in STEM and research, women in fintech, AI and automation, personal growth and confidence.
Women-led business exhibition
A major part of the conference is the women-led business exhibition, giving female-led businesses a platform to showcase their products, services and innovations to conference attendees, public visitors, entrepreneurs, professionals and potential partners.
The exhibition is designed to help attendees discover and support women-led businesses, while giving exhibitors visibility through the conference, press partners, social campaigns and post-event highlights.
