We warmly welcome attendees with an elegant red velvet rope entry leading into our red carpet hallway, beautifully decorated with candles and a paparazzi photo wall. Upon entering the main Panorama room, each guest is greeted with a glass of champagne to enjoy during pre-event networking. - 18:45 – 20:45,
As the lights dim, attendees are invited to take their seats, drawing attention to the illuminated stage, giant LED screens, and cinema screen. The evening’s program commences with expressions of gratitude and key announcements, followed by presentations from our six headlining speakers. The segment concludes with a brief giveaway, where three B2B prizes are awarded to random attendees. - 20:45 – 23:30,
The room lights brighten as drinks and snacks become available once again. Attendees are encouraged to resume networking and partake in the various entertainment areas scattered around the room.
