1. What were the most significant milestones your company reached in 2024?

  1. We expanded our client base across Europe and the US, working on impactful projects in the AI space.
  2. Successfully launched a FinTech platform for the US market, as well as an EdTech platform that was the first of its kind in Southeastern Europe.
  3. Set up from scratch and worked on an enterprise-level project with a mission to revolutionize the Dutch education system.
  4. Represented the company at over 10 conferences in Europe and the US as a speaker or team.

2. What challenges did you face this year, and how did you overcome them?

Rebranding was a tough challenge, though one we successfully overcame. After several years in business, we realized that what sets us apart from most development agencies is our willingness to adjust clients’ expectations based on what their end users truly want. Our approach to development is niche-focused, meaning we advise clients to build only after validating the idea and establishing product-market fit. Cool ideas and gut feelings have their place, but we firmly believe that analyzing the target group and conducting thorough research is the key—and that’s what we recommend to our clients.

3. What was the most valuable lesson you learned as a leader in 2024?

Empathy and adaptability are crucial to leadership, both for building strong relationships and fostering effective teams. Listening to end users, understanding their needs, and creating products that align with the client’s brand while maintaining product-market fit have underscored the importance of flexibility.

4. How did your industry change in 2024, and how did these changes impact your business?

2024 saw an increased demand for custom AI-driven solutions and sustainable tech. We integrated AI tools into many of the products we developed, either by utilizing open-source LLMs or building on our own ML models.

5. What contribution did your company make to society or the environment this year? 

We’re proud to have supported local cleanup and urban reforestation initiatives within our community. Additionally, we are actively working on two ESG platforms, allowing us to contribute to the environment in a meaningful, albeit indirect, way.

1. What are your top strategic priorities for 2025?

  1. Strengthening our presence in the US market while maintaining strong European partnerships.
  2. Launching new SaaS tools specifically tailored to the FinTech and EdTech industries.
  3. Expanding our team by bringing in more AI experts.
  4. Launching a podcast to share our expertise and highlight our clients’ success stories through case studies.

2. How do you plan to innovate or expand your offerings in the coming year?

We’ll focus heavily on AI technologies and their potential to enhance our clients’ platforms. Additionally, we plan to share our extensive product knowledge, which is rooted in our experience and the valuable lessons learned from past mistakes.

3. What new markets or opportunities will you explore in 2025?

Expanding our business into the US market is a top priority for us this year. We also plan to initiate more partnerships with marketing and sales agencies to help our clients land their first users more easily. Building these partnerships will require further investment in our own marketing and sales expertise, allowing us to guide our clients in making the best decisions regarding product-market fit. Too often, engineers and their clients overlook the needs of end users, adding unnecessary features to their products. Our goal is to help our clients avoid this pitfall.

4. How do you expect market trends to influence your industry in 2025, and what opportunities or risks do they present?

The rising demand for data privacy and compliance will push companies to prioritize secure software solutions. While this presents a challenge, our expertise in handling sensitive data positions us as a trusted partner. Additionally, there are opportunities in the growing interest in AI, which we are well-positioned to capitalize on.

5. How do you envision your company contributing to broader societal or environmental goals in 2025?

We believe that radical changes start small, so we plan on continuing our support for environmental initiatives on a local level. We also plan to keep building software that supports sustainability and diversity. By working with clients focused on social impact and furthering our knowledge in the ESG domain, we aim to make a positive difference.
