1. Do you remember your first day on the job at KPMG?

Yes, I was so excited and motivated, I thought I had won the lottery.

2. What is more difficult: being interviewed to join a team or doing the interviews yourself?

Doing the interviews myself. Ensuring you pick the right fit for your team is a huge responsibility.

3. What do you most value in your employees?

Integrity and a proactive attitude. These traits drive success and foster a positive work environment.

4. Which is a motto/quote you use in your work?

“Whatever it takes.” It’s a reminder to stay determined and committed.

5. If you were back to the start, what would you advise yourself for a great career?

To take more risks and not be afraid of rejection. Experience more and get out of my small city.

6. How do you pump up your creativity?

I take time for self-reflection and stay curious by exploring new trends and ideas.

7. What is a talent you would like to have?

I wish I could master public speaking to inspire larger audiences.

8. How do you balance work and personal life?

I’m not able to do that so far, but I am trying. Setting boundaries and prioritizing self-care are my current goals.

9. What are the top five foods you like in Cyprus?

  • Makaronia tou fournou,
  • Sousoukko,
  • Kefalaki,
  • Souvla.

10. Can you name your top five favourite places in Cyprus?

Limassol Amara Hotel, Latsi, Protaras beaches, and Fig Tree Bay.

11. Which personality, throughout history, do you admire most?

Kim Kardashian because she is hard-working and the best.

12. Who is your favourite author/book that helped your career?

“Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki. It transformed my approach to personal finance.

13. Where would you advise our readers to go this summer?

Protaras and Ayia Napa, or luxury hotels in Limassol.
