With teams in Kyiv, Warsaw, and now Cyprus — totaling 30 employees, including 5 in Cyprus — the company is rapidly expanding, using its latest hub as a springboard for global growth.

To celebrate its arrival in Cyprus, Dream Play hosted a spectacular launch event, capturing its spirit of ambition and limitless possibilities.

But this is just the beginning. Dream Play isn’t just following trends—it’s creating them.

With AI-powered gaming, blockchain transparency, and groundbreaking interactive experiences on the horizon, the company is poised to revolutionize the industry.

With Aleksandr Tkach leading the charge, one thing is clear: the future of gaming isn’t coming—it’s already here.

Q: Dream Play has a unique origin story. Can you walk us through how the company was founded?
A: We all used to work at Parimatch, one of the major casino platforms on the market. Our core team consisted of IT specialists from different backgrounds, along with me. I come from finance, audit, and management, and also studied management in the U.S.

At Parimatch, we grew professionally, formed a running club and a rock band, and constantly pushed each other to new heights.

Then, in 2022, many of us lost our jobs. Instead of giving in to uncertainty, we decided to build something of our own. We took all our prior experience, refined our product, conducted rigorous quality assurance, and built a functional MVP.

The first game, Olympus Fortune Free Spins, was unlike anything we had worked on before. I found myself adjusting the visuals pixel by pixel, refining ideas endlessly, and holding brainstorming sessions that seemed never-ending.

We brought in game designers from Tier 1 providers, which was both a massive investment and a leap of faith.

Would it work? Would players even care? Every step felt like a gamble.
Mistakes were costly—not just financially but emotionally. Sleepless nights and self-doubt became part of the journey. But we kept going.

We solved problems on the fly, learnt at every stage, and ultimately, it was worth it.

We operate in startup mode — rapid hypothesis testing and fast growth. In just six months, we went live.
Within nine months, we launched over 30 games, integrated with nearly 100 casino operators, and developed more than 10 unique game mechanics — including the patented Coin Chase.

That’s how Dream Play was born, and that’s how Play Your Dream became more than just a slogan—it became our identity. For some, Dream Play is a lifeboat; for others, a creative retreat. But for all of us, it was the best time of our lives.

Q: Who are the key figures leading Dream Play today, and how do they drive its success?
A: Our leadership team comprises some of the industry’s most experienced minds.

Team1138

As CEO, I drive the company’s vision, strategy, and creative direction. Our CTO, Andrii Ryzhenko, ensures technical innovation and development efficiency, while our COO, Stefan Milovanovic, oversees operations, sales strategy, business development, and internal processes.

We have a clear philosophy: if we charge for content, we must deliver the highest quality possible. It’s about respect—if our users invest in our games, they deserve the best experience we can provide.

Q: Dream Play is rapidly evolving. What are your current strategic initiatives within the iGaming space?
A: We are currently focused on three major strategic areas.

First, we enhance game innovation by developing high-quality casino games with engaging mechanics, improved player retention, and localised content for different markets.

Second, we are expanding into key regions where demand for casino content is growing rapidly.

Lastly, we are fostering a culture of ownership within the company, ensuring that every team member has the autonomy to contribute to our future.

The industry is evolving quickly, with trends such as AI-driven gaming experiences and personalised content shaping the landscape. As the industry continues to evolve, regulatory compliance remains a growing challenge, with shifting licensing frameworks, responsible gaming mandates, and regional restrictions influencing market operations.

Dream Play remains dedicated to maintaining full compliance across all jurisdictions, staying ahead of legal developments, and integrating state-of-the-art fraud prevention, AML strategies, and responsible gaming safeguards to uphold a trustworthy and transparent gaming environment.

Q: How is Dream Play leveraging technology to stay ahead in this competitive industry?
A: Technology is at the core of everything we do. We actively invest in AI, machine learning, and blockchain to enhance user experience, optimise development, and ensure transaction transparency.

AI is particularly valuable for refining game mechanics and offering personalised bonuses based on player behaviour. We already have several patented mechanics that elevate player engagement.
Content updates are another priority.

We don’t just release new games—we continuously improve existing ones by adding new features, levels, and thematic elements.

Additionally, we are integrating gaming with other industries such as film, music, and sports, allowing us to create more immersive experiences.

We don’t treat AI like a feature—we treat it like a foundation. From patented mechanics to behavioural rewards and adaptive gameplay, our technology is designed to anticipate, learn and evolve with every move a player makes.

Q: What other innovations are shaping Dream Play’s growth strategy?
A: Beyond AI, we focus on game mechanics innovation by developing mission-based gameplay and progressive elements that enhance player engagement.

We have also invested in a more sophisticated back-office system that provides real-time insights into game performance, player behaviour, and operational efficiency. Our mobile-first design approach ensures all our games are optimised for mobile platforms, as mobile gaming continues to dominate the industry.

We also prioritise localisation and customisation by offering region-specific game adaptations, themes, and cultural elements to engage diverse audiences.

Q: How does Dream Play approach game development beyond AI?
A: We actively explore opportunities to integrate content with other industries, such as film, music, and sports.

This allows us to create unique and appealing gaming products that can attract a wider audience.

We also hire R&D teams to create entirely new products, drawing inspiration from other gaming sectors. We are constantly searching for new development methodologies, reinventing the wheel—just as Jobs and Musk did in their time. By doing so, we respond quickly to market changes and evolving player demands while continuously improving the quality of our products.

Social interaction is also an integral part of our vision. Players increasingly value the ability to engage with one another, so we are incorporating social features and multiplayer modes to foster more immersive gaming experiences.

Gaming today is about more than just playing—it’s about connecting, and we are ensuring our platform delivers that.

Zeus Run

One example of a groundbreaking new product is Zeus Run, an upcoming meta-game that will be available exclusively through select partners. This will mark another milestone for the new generation of iGaming.

No one has done anything like it before—not at this scale, not with this kind of depth. And we’re only getting started. We’ve spent years building features the world hasn’t seen yet, and now we’re ready to release them.

The world wasn’t ready for the iPhone when it launched, but it embraced it with excitement. We are confident the same will happen with our games.

Q: How does Dream Play’s hybrid business model support its global expansion strategy, and what challenges do you face in different markets?

A: At Dream Play, our hybrid model is what makes us fast, flexible, and global. We started in Ukraine, where our development team is packed with top-tier tech talent.

But as we grew, we needed a base that could connect us to key markets while keeping us agile. That’s why Cyprus became our strategic hub.

Cyprus isn’t just a location—it’s a launchpad.

Sitting at the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, it gives us the perfect setup to manage operations, navigate regulations, and expand our network.

With a strong regulatory environment and easy access to major markets, our new office is now our commercial and business centre.

But what really makes Dream Play unique? Our team is everywhere.

Every meeting looks like a time zone puzzle—someone’s in winter, someone’s in summer, for one, it’s morning, for another, it’s the middle of the night.

This global spread isn’t just a fun fact—it’s what keeps us sharp, adaptable, and always moving forward.

Now, we’re expanding fast. In Latin America, online gaming adoption is booming, making it a key growth region.

In Asia, each market has its own unique player preferences, requiring localised content and tailored game mechanics. In Europe, a highly regulated landscape means that strong partnerships with operators are essential for long-term success.

With our hybrid structure, we can scale quickly and adjust to market demands with ease. It is this setup that keeps us innovative and on our toes, ready to adapt to whatever comes our way.

Q: What strategic advantages does Cyprus offer for your expansion, and how does this move align with your long-term vision?
A: Cyprus is a well-known hub for the iGaming industry due to its business-friendly regulations, proximity to key European markets, and strong gaming infrastructure.

We are also launching Dream Campuses worldwide, modelled after successful tech hubs like those of Google and Silicon Valley giants. These spaces feature collaborative zones, relaxation areas, and cultural and recreational facilities to create a productive yet comfortable environment for our Dream Team.

Our campuses offer full infrastructure support—transportation, cleaning, meals, legal assistance, and accommodation—ensuring that employees can focus on their work while enjoying a high quality of life.

The idea is simple: a Dream Play employee should be able to arrive in a new country and find a ready-made ecosystem of support and like-minded people.

Whether it’s airport pickup, medical or legal help, or simply a friendly community, our Dream Campuses provide it all.

Q: How does Dream Play balance profitability with social responsibility?
A: We don’t see Dream Play as just a company—it’s a living organism with values.

Our guiding principles include:

  • All is a Game, a philosophy of perseverance, encouraging continuous growth, and pushing limits.
  • Adaptive Thinking embraces truth, change, and innovation without bias or hesitation.
  • Freedom and Responsibility ensure a balance between autonomy and commitment to service.
  • Last, integrity upholds ethical standards, maintaining purity in business and prioritising responsibility to our employees and users.

We experimented with a four-day workweek for six months and now plan to transition to this model permanently. We also cover sports, healthcare, and dentistry expenses for employees to ensure their well-being. Additionally, our annual leave policy grants 60 days off per year—we believe that work should take no more than 50 per cent of a person’s time.

Responsible gaming is also central to our philosophy.

We are investing in AI-driven tools to detect problematic gambling behaviour, enforce self-exclusion policies, and provide players with the tools they need to play responsibly. Compliance isn’t just about ticking regulatory boxes—it’s about building a sustainable gaming ecosystem that benefits both players and operators.

Q: What leadership philosophies have guided Dream Play through its growth?
A: Our leadership philosophy revolves around The Culture of Sports—a mindset of discipline, hard work, and accountability.

Just as in competitive sports, business success requires resilience, adaptability, and teamwork.

When training in sports, no one holds back for a friend; they push each other to their limits.
We apply the same principle in our company—regardless of rank, everyone is expected to perform at their best.

Q: Looking ahead, what are the key milestones for Dream Play, and how will you navigate future industry changes?
A: Our strategy is rooted in data, insights, and player-driven decisions.

Over the coming years, we are focused on expanding into high-growth markets, leveraging data analytics to refine engagement strategies, strengthening our partnerships, and exploring acquisitions.

As regulations evolve, we remain committed to compliance, transparency, and adaptation. By staying agile and player-focused, Dream Play will continue shaping the future of iGaming.
