The Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK) has launched the sixth consecutive edition of its Participatory Budget, allocating a total of €100,000 for 2026 and offering grants of up to €20,000 per project or initiative.
A Funding Model Designed For Impact
The programme is open to proposals submitted by ETEK members and is intended to support initiatives that align with the Chamber’s mission, activities and responsibilities. Submissions must demonstrate outward-facing value, while delivering a meaningful benefit both to members and to society at large.

ETEK is seeking proposals that go beyond concept stage. Each project should produce a practical outcome or an actionable deliverable with broader added value, underscoring the Chamber’s preference for initiatives that can translate ideas into measurable results.
Who Can Apply
Applications may be submitted by individuals or legal entities that are members of ETEK. Each application must also be co-signed by at least two additional Chamber members.
A five-member committee will evaluate the proposals.
Deadline And Submission Details
Applications must be submitted electronically to cyprus@etek.org.cy by Monday, October 12, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
